Joanne Maislin

Joanne (Jojo) is the President at C432, a management consulting and development firm focused on largescale projects that deliver social impact. An accomplished executive and entrepreneur, Joanne has over 25 years of experience delivering successful results, providing strategy, securing funding and meaningful partnerships.

In recent years, Joanne has focused her work on mental health with a deep desire to provide effective tools beyond symptom relief. She successfully launched several projects in the psychedelic field including the American Psychedelic Practitioners Association (APPA), with the mandate to safely integrate psychedelics into the US healthcare system. She is deeply passionate about quality of care, training, and access for all.

Joanne previously focused her efforts on private sector development in Haiti post-earthquake with an emphasis on job creation and community building. She successfully secured $100M in investment and created over 10,000 jobs. Select clients and partners included Lululemon, Toms Shoes, MAS Holdings, Reliable Source Industrial, and The Clinton Foundation.

Prior to focusing her work in impact, Joanne started her career as a forensic certified public accountant in Montreal, Canada, which led to her work in resort real estate development and hospitality at Intrawest resorts. At Intrawest, Joanne was responsible for overseeing the asset management and master planning of over $500 million in commercial real estate across 16 resorts worldwide. She holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from McGill University.
